The challenge
The client sells professional equipment for bakeries and pastry shops, products with a high price and a long decision cycle. The buyers, bakery owners, do not order online: they ask for a catalogue, specifications, and a conversation. The website had to earn trust in an international brand and generate catalogue requests, not direct sales.
The solution
We built the page around a single conversion goal: downloading the catalogue. The figures that matter to a buyer in the industry — the number of ovens produced, the manufacturer’s years of experience, how long the distribution has run in Romania — appear immediately under the title as proof of solidity. The product catalogue is structured by category, with clear specifications, and direct contact is present in the top bar the whole length of the site.
The result
The distributor now has its own channel through which buyers reach the catalogue and the contact details directly, without depending only on relationships and referrals.
