80% more new clients in the first months after launch.

The challenge
The practice had run for years on referrals and walk-ins alone, with no online presence. Potential clients searching for “veterinar Timișoara” on their phone could not find it, and people who had heard of it had nowhere to check the hours, the address, or the services before they called.
The solution
We built the whole website around the three things a pet owner looks for in a crisis: which services are offered, where the practice is, and how to reach a vet quickly. The hours, the round-the-clock emergencies, and the location are visible on the first screen, and the booking button and the direct-call button stay present the whole length of the page. Everything is mobile-first, because most searches of this kind happen on a phone, often in an emergency.
The result
A few months after launch, the practice reported an increase of about 80% in the number of new clients, most of them arriving through local searches on Google.
Lessons you can apply to your own business
The first screen answers the urgent questions
Searches like these often happen on a phone, sometimes in a panic. That is why the first screen shows the relevant services, the hours and emergencies, the location, plus booking and call buttons, repeated down the page.
The lesson: if the critical information sits below the first screen on a phone, you lose people who were already ready to act.
Clarity beats an “agency look”
The message was not a slogan. It was usefulness: what you offer, where you are, and how a client reaches you. For a local business, trust comes from:
- Consistent contact details (name, address, phone), identical on the website and on Google.
- Photos and text that sound like a real business.
- A contact button you can find without looking for it.
The technology matters as an experience, not as a list of terms
The website is built with Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS, with local SEO in mind. Not to impress developers, but so it loads quickly on 4G and stays easy to look after.
What you can repeat in another field
| Principle from the case | How you apply it |
|---|---|
| The first screen answers 3 questions | What you do, where you are, how a client reaches you |
| A contact button that stays visible on mobile | A call, WhatsApp, or a booking |
| Designed for the phone first | You test it on a phone before “I like it on desktop” |
| Local proof | Address, map, neighbourhood or city context |
| A single goal | You don’t mix in a shopping cart if you sell appointments |
How to read the 80% figure
Reported result: the practice reported approximately 80% more new clients in the first months after launch, most of them arriving through local searches on Google.
What we are not saying:
- that every MAST Studio client grows by 80%;
- that the website is the only factor;
- that the same percentage appears automatically for a dental practice, a salon, or an online store.
It is a real case, with context, not a guarantee.
How you start a similar project
- Write down the three questions a client asks before they call you.
- Put the answers on the first screen of the phone.
- Choose one main button, a call or a booking, and repeat it.
- Check the contact details on the website and on Google Business Profile.
- Prepare real materials: photos, hours, address, logo.
If you run a practice, also read the guide on what a website for a veterinary practice needs (in Romanian). A presentation website like this one starts at 300 EUR and is live in 48 hours after we receive the materials.
